As a BICM Trainer, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our staff’s knowledge and expertise, contributing to our success in a competitive financial landscape. Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Material Development:

    • Designing, developing, and regularly updating training materials and resources for banking products, services, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Engaging Learning Modules:

    • Creating captivating training modules, presentations, and e-learning content to ensure effective and enjoyable learning experiences.
  • Regulatory Compliance:

    • Ensuring alignment of all training materials and sessions with current banking regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Regulatory Updates Integration:

    • Staying abreast of changes in banking regulations and promptly incorporating relevant updates into training content.
  • Assessment Development:

    • Designing and administering assessments to measure participants’ comprehension and knowledge retention.
  • Effectiveness Analysis:

    • Analyzing training effectiveness through participant performance, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
  • Industry Awareness:

    • Keeping informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the banking sector.
  • Strategic Recommendations:

    • Sharing insights and recommendations with management to enhance the organization’s competitiveness.
  • Record Keeping:

    • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, participants’ progress, and assessment results.
  • Performance Reports:

    • Generating reports showcasing the impact of training on employee performance and contributing to the organization’s overall success.

    • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, education, or a related field. (Master’s degree is preferred.)
    • Professional Experience: Proven track record in banking operations, regulations, and industry practices.
    • Training Program Expertise: Previous experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
    • Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Instructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
    • E-learning Familiarity: Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools.
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
